Savar Cantonment Public School and College (SCPSC) started its journey on 2nd February1977. It was recognized as Junior High School on 1st January 1978 and as Secondary School on1st January 1980. In 1987 the institution was named Savar Cantonment Public School. Subsequently, college section of the institution started functioning since 1st July 1993.
